All online orders ship from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, UT. 

Processing time:

Our warehouse typically ships orders the same day until 12pm MT. Orders placed after that will ship the next day. Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday only and some holiday closures apply to both shipping carriers and our warehouse. Transit times do not include weekend days or government holidays.

U.S. Shipping

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is available for all domestic orders over $49.

Service: This service ships USPS First Class or Priority.  

Transit Time: 2-7 business days

What qualifies for Free Standard Shipping? 

• Orders over $49 (pre-tax) shipping in the US
• Orders with APO/FPO address over $49 value

 

STANDARD SHIPPING applies to orders less than $49.

Cost: $4.95

Service: This service ships USPS First Class or Priority.  

Transit Time: 2-7 business days

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING 

Cost: $25

Service: 1-2 business day shipping. Orders placed before 1:30 pm MST will ship the same day. This is usually UPS 2-day but we reserve the right to ship other carriers for this service.

Transit Time: 1-2 business days

Don't forget to take weekends and holidays into account when calculating transit time. For example, an order placed at 5pm Friday of Memorial Day Weekend won't ship until Tuesday. In this case, Expedited Shipping would be delivered 1-2 business days starting Tuesday, which is approximately a Thursday delivery.

We are not responsible if the shipping carrier can't deliver in the promised time period assuming we handoff to the shipping carrier as planned.

Expedited orders do not qualify for free shipping.  

 

International Shipping

We currently only offer international shipping to Canada due to long transit times overseas that results in a poor customer experience.

Cost: $12.95

Service: USPS - Canada Post 

Transit Time: 3-10 business days

Duties and tax may not be included, and customers are responsible for additional shipping fees incurred.
