We’ve got your back. All of our products are covered by the Ridge Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your Ridge product, send it back for a repair, replacement or refund HERE.
We provide a complete warranty against manufacturing and material defects for their lifetime. If you have received an item of ours that simply has a defect, please let us know and we will do our best to assist. All warranty returns should be laundered prior to sending back to Ridge. (Please note, normal wear and tear is not covered by the guarantee.) By practicing good care (please reference your product care label for each individual garment) you can extend the life of your clothing.

Please note that if you send back your Ridge Product for warranty inspection:
- All items must be laundered prior to shipping to us.
- Please do not continue to wear your garment(s) if you think you might return them. Garment(s) that have been worn and have seen wear are more difficult for us to determine whether the garment(s) has/have a manufacturing defect.
- We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee if garment(s) are returned in a dirty condition. This includes garments covered with pet hair, dirt, dust, deodorant, etc.
