Ridge Merino Return Policy

Looking to submit a return or exchange? Easy! Ridge offers free returns and exchanges for domestic orders within 90 days of purchase.

Returns must be submitted accurately and adhere to these conditions to be eligible:

  • Return must be submitted within 90 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in new condition, unworn (other than tried for fit), unwashed, undamaged and clean.
  • Items must be free of pet and human hair, stains (including deodorant), dirt, etc.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and include original hang tags.
  • Invoice (order) number must be included in return package.

Items returned in poor condition will not be eligible for refund, store credit or exchange.

Ridge Merino reserves the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges if all of the above conditions are not met.


All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Discounts are only transferable when exchanging for the same item in different sizes or colors.

Exchanges must be submitted accurately. Please ship the items specifically indicated with the return/exchange that’s been submitted.

  • Final sale items are non-refundable but may be exchanged for a different size/color pending stock levels.
  • All pro deals are final sale.

Need to make an edit to a return or exchange?

Please notify our customer service team before shipping the return package and we’ll work with you to resubmit an accurate return. 

Has your 90 day return window expired?

Contact us to discuss and we’ll be happy to help. Only store credit will be offered for eligible items following the 90 day return window. 

How long does the return process take?

Most returns arrive back within five to seven business days of being shipped. We’ll do our best to process your return and issue a refund within three business days of reception. Refunds may take up to two weeks to be available in your account due to transit times and banking processes.


International Returns

International returns are accepted as long as items meet the above criteria. Eligible items will be issued a refund to the original payment method or store credit; exchanges are not available due to customs regulations.

Ridge will not credit customs and/or duties paid previously; these must be pursued by customers within their own jurisdictions.

Please ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Ridge cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
