(m)Force Technology

Several Ridge products feature our exclusive (m)Force Nylon Core Technology. We engineered super-soft Merino next to skin to achieve unmatched comfort and performance and wrapped it around a continuous nylon filament for improved strength. The result is a fabric that holds it shape, dries faster and lasts longer than 100% Merino at similar weights. This means our (m)Force fabrics have all the technical benefits of 100% Merino wool with the enhanced durability typically associated with synthetics.

Key Benefits:

DURABILITY

Our (m)Force fabrics' burst strength is 40% stronger when compared to 100% Merino at the same weight.*

RECOVERY
Our (m)Force fabrics offer better recovery and won’t stretch out like similar products.

QUICK DRYING
Merino Wool dries fast, and the nylon core allows an even faster dry time.

BREATHABILITY
Merino fibers can absorb large quantities of moisture vapor and then move
it away from the skin to evaporate into the air. Merino wool is extremely breathable and less prone to clamminess.

COMFORT
We choose only the best quality and finest wool, which results in the most comfortable products.

ODOR RESISTANT
In contrast to synthetics, Merino can absorb moisture vapor which means
less sweat on your body. Merino absorbs and locks away the bacteria from sweat, which causes odor.
