"In my search for a merino wool boxer bought the originals a few years ago after returning a pair of Patagonia boxers. The Patagonia models fit really constrictive around the hips and front, just felt off, and were a lot more expensive. Both version of their boxers are well made, high quality fabric, overall a very premium products at a much better price that what else is out there. The new boxer fits a bit slimmer, adds a little bit more support, but is not too tight and has give in the right places. These are warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I've worn them in super cold weather under my long underwear as an extra layer. And i've worn them in muggy hot weather in the city, as well as on hikes in the summer. I sleep in them year round. As for dealing with perspiration during activity, cotton gets soggy and stays wet, synthetics do better but are clammy when wet, but these you hardly notice against your skin, maybe it's because they dry so fast. 100% recommended, you wont be disappointed."
